Notice of tuition collection plan for full-time university students, semester 1, school year 2025-2026

1. For full-time university level:
1.1. For Vietnamese students:
1.1.1. Majors from QH-2023-X and earlier:
Tuition: 1,690,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method: Collection by registered credits: 470,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.1.2. Majors of QH-2024-X course:
1.1.2.1. Industries that have been quality tested and have technical and economic norms established:
- Majors: Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, International, Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality Services Management.
Tuition: 3,300,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:
+ Collected in 2 installments of a school year (5 months/ installment).
+ For students who retake courses, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the fee is collected based on the number of registered credits: 910,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
- Majors: Information Management, Office Administration, Management Science, Oriental Studies, Literature.
Tuition: 2,750,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:
+ Collected in 2 installments of a school year (5 months/ installment).
+ For students who retake courses, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the fee is based on the number of registered credits: 750,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.1.2.2. The remaining QH-2024-X courses.
Tuition: 1,690,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:

Tuition: 3,300,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:
+ Collected in 2 installments of a school year (5 months/ installment).
+ For students who retake courses, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the fee is collected based on the number of registered credits: 910,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
- Oriental Studies, Management Science, Information Management, Office Administration, Literature, History, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, Information - Library, Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology.
Tuition: 2,750,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:
+ Collected in 2 installments of a school year (5 months/ installment).
+ For students who retake courses, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the fee is based on the number of registered credits: 750,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.1.3.2. The remaining QH-2025-X courses.
Tuition: 1,690,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:

1.1.4. High quality system according to Circular 23 (socialization):
Tuition: 3,500,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method:

+ For students who retake courses, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the fee is based on the number of registered credits: 825,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.2. For international students (not under agreement)
Tuition: 45,000,000 VND/school year/student.
Collection method: Collection by school year (collection 10 months/school year).
2. For full-time university level, second major:
2.1. Majors from QH-2024-X and earlier: (Tuition fees are collected according to Decree 238/2025/ND-CP)
Collected according to registered credits: 470,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
2.2. QH-2025-X course majors:
2.2.1. Industries that have been quality inspected and have established technical and economic norms (Collected according to the Explanation approved by the National University):
- Majors: Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, International Studies, Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality Services Management, Japanese Studies.
Collected by registered credits: 660,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
- Majors: Management Science, Oriental Studies, Information Management, Office Administration, Literature, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology, History, Information - Library.
Collected by registered credits: 565,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
2.2.2 Majors from QH-2024-X and earlier: (Tuition fees are collected according to Decree 238/2025/ND-CP)
Collected according to registered credits: 470,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
* The school will announce the list of students along with tuition fees and student ID numbers on the school's website and student emails of the faculties.

From November 4, 2025 to 15:00 on November 26, 2025.

1. For students who already have BIDV and SHB accounts, tuition fees are collected automatically through the bank. Students pay the amount corresponding to the total tuition fees payable into the student accounts opened at BIDV and SHB. The bank will automatically collect tuition fees within the collection period in Section 2.
(Note: The minimum balance to maintain an account is 100,000 VND. Due to possible costs including account maintenance fees, query fees, messages... the balance in the student's account when collected by the bank is at least equal to the TUITION FEE + 100,000 VND)
2. For students who do not have a personal account at BIDV bank or SHB bank, students pay through the School's account during the collection period in Section 2.
- Account number: 1003646101 Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi Branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the application, students must fill in full remittance information according to the syntax:
[Student code][Full name][Faculty][course] pay tuition
(Example: First major: 22030001, Nguyen Van A, Journalism QH-2022, pay tuition,
2nd major: 22030001N2, Nguyen Van A, Psychology major 2 QH-2023, pay tuition).

We respectfully request that heads of training units and relevant functional departments notify and urge students to complete their tuition obligations within the prescribed time.
After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will transfer the list of students with tuition debt to relevant Departments for handling according to the University Training Regulations.
