University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Foundation (Germany) respectfully invite delegates to attend the International Scientific Conference with the theme "Strengthening regional cooperation for peace, friendship and prosperity in Southeast Asia”.

The purpose of the Workshop is to discuss opportunities and challenges in the East Sea security issue after the international arbitration ruling, enhance cooperation between countries in and outside the region and make recommendations to help the region stabilize, unite and cooperate for development.
