To ensure consistent implementation of Decision No. 06/2007/QD-BNV dated June 18, 2007, of the Minister of Home Affairs on the promulgation of personnel file components and forms for managing personnel files, the Personnel File Management Division of the Civil Servant and Public Employee Department (Ministry of Home Affairs) provides guidance on the declaration and use of the newly issued system of forms for managing personnel files.
