The conference agreed on the following contents on subject class management:

1. Managing subject classes in credit-based training is the responsibility of the Training Department staff and training assistants of the units, ensuring teaching and learning in accordance with regulations and requirements of professional work. In the immediate future, this work will be carried out within the scope of 273 subject classes of the QH-2007-X course in the first semester of the 2008-2009 school year. After the end of the semester, the School will evaluate and draw experience to implement in the following semesters.

2. The Training Department assigns and guides the implementation to training assistants of the units; evaluates the work results of training assistants and notifies relevant units for use in labor evaluation and emulation consideration.

3. Principles of assignment of subject class management: The subject belongs to which professional management unit, the training assistant of that unit will manage, but must ensure a balance between the work within the department's scope and the general work of the school, avoid overloading staff and ensure enough human resources to perform this task.

4. The Personnel Department proposes issues related to labor management of training assistants in this job and policies for staff.

5. Faculty leaders are responsible for clearly informing the teaching staff (including part-time and collaborators) about changes in the way of managing subject classes to ensure effective coordination between teaching staff and support staff during the teaching and learning process.
