I. For courses QH-2006-X, QH-2007-X, QH-2008-X.

1. Content and form of learning organization:

1.1. Content:

1.1.1 Study and thoroughly grasp the content of the Resolution of the 9th Central Conference, Session X "On a number of major tasks and solutions to successfully implement the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Party". Approve Conclusion No. 242-TB/TU dated April 15, 2009 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution of the 2nd Central Conference (Session VIII), orientations for education and training development until 2020.

1.1.2. Continue to implement the Campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", the study theme for 2009 is: "President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts and moral example on raising the sense of responsibility, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people". Focus on implementing the in-depth content of "following" the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, associated with the responsibility of students in the current period and commemorating the 40th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament.

1.1.3. Information on training management and student management in the unit in the 2008-2009 school year and the plan for the 2009-2010 school year.

1.1.4. Evaluate the results and give comments on the direction of the Youth Union movement and Student Association activities in the unit.

1.1.5. Strengthening the class executive committee.

1.1.6. Evaluation of training results of semester II, school year 2008-2009.

1.1.7. Thoroughly implement the purchase of Health Insurance (120,000 VND/year), consider this as the responsibility of students to themselves and society (the class organizes collection at the beginning of the school year, submit to the Planning - Finance Department, no later than September 10, 2009).

1.2. Organizational form

Each course of students is organized into a class, with activities in 3 sessions. The Party Committee, the Faculty/Department Board and assistants, homeroom teachers/training staff organize and implement the contents in the following order:

First session: Thoroughly grasp the contents 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 for students; have dialogue and exchange on applying the above contents to students' study and training life at the School.

Second session: Program of work of the Youth Union, Association and student movement; strengthening the class executive committee; thoroughly implementing the purchase of health insurance for students.

Tuesday: Conduct assessment of student training results in semester II, school year 2008-2009.

2. Time and place of study:

- From September 7 to 9, 2009 (morning from 7:30-11:00, afternoon from 13:30-17:00)

- At the lecture halls of the Faculties.

3. Documents.

The Office of Politics and Student Affairs provides relevant learning materials (from August 28, 2009).

Faculty requirements:

- Assign teachers to be in charge of each activity content.

- Manage and take attendance of students each session, as a basis for calculating final semester training scores.

- Submit the political study plan at the beginning of the year to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs and the School Inspectorate.

II. For course QH-2009-X.

    1. Form of learning organization:

Study in full school. Divided into 3 sessions, each session has 3 sessions.

2. Time and place of study:

- From September 7-11, 2009 (Morning from 7:30 to 11:00; Afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00)

- 8th floor hall, building E, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

Requirements for Faculties/Departments:

- Homeroom teacher/

The academic advisor (or CT&CTSV assistant) must be present during class sessions to manage the class.

- Organize student attendance in each class.

- After the course, students must write a personal report. The report must be handwritten on A4 paper, not typed.

3. Activity content.

  • Introduction to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.
  • Career guidance: Students with the labor market.
  • Training regulations; Student work regulations; Training regulations.
  • Introduce the Youth Union and Student Association.
  • Disseminate information on domestic and international security and political situations; information on land border demarcation, sea and island sovereignty and Vietnam's maritime strategy. Prevent crimes and other social evils.

4. Visit the Traditional Room.

In addition to the 3 official classes above, students have 1 visit to the Traditional Room (2nd Floor, Building D, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi) according to the following schedule:

For the QH-2009-X course, based on the school's concentrated political activities schedule, units will arrange one session to meet, discuss and complete the class executive committee, the Youth Union Executive Committee and the student association.

During the implementation process, if there are any problems, the units should contact the Department of Politics and Student Affairs to coordinate solutions.
