I. For courses QH-2006-X, QH-2007-X, QH-2008-X.
1. Content and format of learning:
1.1. Content:
1.1.1 Studying and thoroughly understanding the content of Resolution No. 9 of the 10th Central Committee Conference "On some major tasks and solutions to successfully implement the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Party". Adopting Conclusion No. 242-TB/TƯ dated April 15, 2009, of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 2 of the 8th Central Committee, the direction for the development of education and training until 2020.
1.1.2. Continue implementing the campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh," with the 2009 theme being: "The thoughts and moral example of President Ho Chi Minh on raising awareness of responsibility and wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people." Focus on implementing in-depth content of "following" the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, linking it to the responsibilities of students in the current period and commemorating the 40th anniversary of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament.
1.1.3. Information on the organization and management of training and student management within the unit during the 2008-2009 academic year and the plan for the 2009-2010 academic year.
1.1.4. Evaluating results and providing feedback on the direction of activities for the Youth Union movement and Student Association work within the unit.
1.1.5. Strengthening the Class Committee.
1.1.6. Evaluation of training results for the second semester of the 2008-2009 school year.
1.1.7. Emphasize the importance of purchasing health insurance (VND 120,000 per student/year), considering this a responsibility of students towards themselves and society (classes should collect the fees at the beginning of the academic year and submit them to the Planning and Finance Department no later than September 10, 2009).
1.2. Organizational Structure
Each cohort of students is organized into a class, with activities held over three sessions. The Party Committee, the Dean's Office of the Faculty/Department, and the assistants, homeroom teachers/academic advisors organize and implement the following activities in this order:
First sessionThoroughly explain the contents of sections 1.1.1, 1.1.2, and 1.1.3 to students; engage in dialogue and discussion on applying these contents to students' academic and training life at the University.
Second sessionProgram of activities for the Youth Union, Student Association and student movements; strengthening class committees; ensuring students purchase health insurance.
Third sessionConducting an evaluation of student performance results for the second semester of the 2008-2009 academic year.
2. Time and location of study:
- From September 7th to 9th, 2009 (morning from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, afternoon from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM)
- In the lecture halls of the Faculties.
3. Documents.
The Political and Student Affairs Office provides relevant study materials (from August 28, 2009).
Requests from departments:
- Assign teachers to be responsible for each activity content.
- Manage and record student attendance for each session, which will serve as the basis for calculating end-of-semester conduct scores.
- Submit the initial political education plan to the Political and Student Affairs Department and the School's Inspection Board.
II. For the QH-2009-X cohort.
The course is school-wide. It is divided into 3 sessions, each consisting of 3 classes.
2. Time and location of study:
- From September 7-11, 2009 (Morning: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM)
- Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

- Class homeroom teacher
Academic advisors (or student affairs assistants) must be present at classes to manage the class.
- Take attendance at each class session.
- After the course, students must write a personal report. The report must be handwritten on A4 paper and not typed.

For the QH-2009-X cohort, based on the school's centralized political activity schedule, each unit will allocate one session to meet, exchange ideas, and consolidate the class leadership committee, the Youth Union Executive Committee, and the student association.
