Check information on the personal tax code processing results table

To ensure the printing of tax code cards is accurate, the Planning and Finance Department requests that officers and employees review personal information on the personal tax code processing results table. If there are any errors, please re-declare.Personal income tax registration formand send to the Planning and Finance Department before October 2, 2009.

After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will not be responsible for errors on the tax code card of the officer.
