To ensure the accuracy of tax identification card printing, the Planning and Finance Department requests that all officials and employees review their personal information on the individual tax identification number processing results sheet. If there are any errors, please re-declare the information.Personal Income Tax Registration Formand send it to the Planning and Finance Department before October 2nd, 2009.

After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will no longer be responsible for errors on the tax identification number cards of employees.
