On October 15, 2012, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Principal of the School - signed the decisions to dismiss staff and the decisions to appoint staff.Decisions to dismiss officials:
- Decision No. 2228 agrees to allow Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thanh Hung to resign from the position of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Literature to focus on professional work at the Faculty.
- Decision No. 2230 agrees to allow Master Trinh Le Anh to resign from the position of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Tourism Studies to focus on professional work at the Faculty.
Decisions on appointment of staff:
- Decision No. 2229 appoints Dr. Pham Xuan Thach - Deputy Head of the Department of Art Studies, Faculty of Literature to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Literature, continuing the term 2010 - 2015.
- Decision No. 2231 appoints MSc. To Quang Long, lecturer of the Faculty of Tourism Studies, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Tourism Studies, continuing the term 2010 - 2012.
- Decision No. 2232 appoints Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Quang Minh, Vice Rector, concurrently as Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and International Affairs of the University.
- Decision No. 2233 appoints Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hong Con, Head of the Faculty of Linguistics, concurrently as Director of the Center for Vietnamese Language and Culture of the School.
