The University of Social Sciences and Humanities has received Official Letter No. 3690/ĐHQGHN-TCCB dated October 31, 2012 from the Vietnam National University, Hanoi regarding the assignment of staff to participate in the 2011 examination for promotion to the rank of senior specialist and senior specialist for civil servants. Heads of units are requested to notify their staff. Any staff who fully meets the criteria specified in Official Letter No. 3245/BNV-CCVC dated September 6, 2012 of the Ministry of Home Affairs and wishes to take the examination for promotion should prepare the required documents for the University to consider sending them to take the examination. Application documents for the examination for promotion to the rank of senior specialist and senior specialist should be sent to the University (via the Department of Organization and Personnel), no later than November 7, 2012.
