1. Selection criteria
- Satisfy one of the following two conditions:
+ Full-time student of Course QH-2020-X, Vietnamese nationality, studying at a unit that received AEON scholarship for the 2022 - 2023 school year, continuing to maintain academic results according to the considered status.
+ Is a full-time student of Course QH-2021-X, with academic results for the 2022-2023 school year of Excellent or higher, training results for the school year of Good or higher, with no subjects receiving an F grade.
- During the 2022-2023 school year, students must not violate the law or be disciplined at the level of reprimand or higher.
- Students must have good English skills and commit to participating in regular meetings and exchange programs as instructed by the Scholarship Fund.
- Students must not have received or are not in the consideration period for non-budget scholarships for the 2023-2024 school year.
2. Scholarship criteria:The whole school has 20 places.

- For students considering continuing to receive scholarships (QH-2020-X Course), the Student Affairs Department will proactively work with students.
- For new students (Course QH-2021-X), the Units will select and recommend students to receive scholarships.
3. Scholarship application
- Excerpt of student information applying for AEON scholarship, written in English (according to form).
- Photocopies of certificates of academic achievements, Union - Association activities, scientific research.
The school requests the Board of Directors of the Units to notify the scholarship program to students. All documents above must be sent in soft copy as a PDF file by the student affairs assistants of the Units, arranged in order ofEmail: bang@ussh.edu.vn. Deadline for submitting scholarship applicationsbefore October 24, 2023 (Tuesday).
After the above deadline, if any unit and student has not submitted the nomination file to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, it will be considered that the unit does not have students participating in this program.
