1. Selection criteria
- Satisfy one of the following two conditions:
+ As a full-time student of the QH-2020-X cohort, with Vietnamese nationality, currently studying at the institution that received the AEON scholarship in the 2022-2023 academic year, and continuing to maintain academic results according to the eligibility criteria.
+ As a full-time student of the QH-2021-X cohort, with academic results in the 2022-2023 academic year rated as Excellent or higher, and conduct results rated as Good or higher, with no failing grades (F) in any subject.
- During the 2022-2023 academic year, students did not violate the law or receive disciplinary action at the level of reprimand or higher.
- Students must have good English skills and commit to attending regular meetings and exchange programs as guided by the Scholarship Fund.
- Students must not have received, or not be currently receiving, any non-budgetary scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year.
2. Scholarship quotas:The entire school has 20 spots available.

- For students applying for continued scholarships (Cohort QH-2020-X), the Student Affairs and Student Support Department will proactively work with the students.
- For newly admitted students (Cohort QH-2021-X), the Units will select and recommend students to receive scholarships.
3. Scholarship application documents
- Provide a summary of the student's information for the AEON scholarship application, written in English (following the provided template).
- Photocopies of certificates of academic achievement, Youth Union/Student Association activities, and scientific research.
The school requests that the Heads of Departments inform students about the scholarship program. All the above documents should be sent as soft copies in a single PDF file, arranged in order, to the student affairs assistants of each Department.Email: bang@ussh.edu.vnDeadline for submitting scholarship applications.Before October 24, 2023 (Tuesday).
After the aforementioned deadline, if any unit or student has not submitted the nomination file to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, they will automatically be considered as not having any students participating in this program.
