- Financial reports for three consecutive years: 2020, 2021, and 2022;
- Provide payroll statements for at least 10 employees who have been contributing to social insurance for 3 years or more;
- Operating plan if the bid is successful;
- Confirmation of deposit for participation in the auction in cash or a bank guarantee letter;
4.2. For individuals, the application includes:
- Photocopy of the citizen identification card (notarized);
- Health certificate (issued within the last 6 months);
- Curriculum vitae (with confirmation from the commune/ward);
- Operating plan if the bid is successful;
