Announcement of awarding the title "Outstanding Young Face of Hanoi National University"

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3806/ĐHQGHN-CT&CTHSSV dated October 11, 2023 of the Director of Hanoi National University on considering and awarding the title "Outstanding Young Face of Hanoi National University"; to recognize and honor individuals with outstanding achievements in key areas of work during the year. The school requests that Heads of units consider and propose to honor the title "Outstanding Young Face at the grassroots level" in 2023 according to the following specific contents:

1. Nameyesu Guhng myest trshepeppertoyesyesbase p:The awardees are cadres and students (students, postgraduates, and researchers hereinafter referred to as students) who are studying, researching, and working atUniversity of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, age not over 35.
1.1. For young cadres: Have good political and moral qualities, have a healthy lifestyle, excellently complete tasks, and have outstanding products and results in one of the following areas: Training; Science and technology; Social and community activities; Administration and other activities, contributing to the development and spread of the brand of the unit and VNU, specifically:
- Training field: Having typical innovative training products (teaching materials, outlines, lesson plans, innovative teaching lectures, etc.) approved by the organization or department, the products have high application efficiency, contributing to the development and improvement of teaching and learning quality, training to meet output standards and meet social needs; or having books and textbooks serving teaching associated with innovative teaching, evaluated as effective in innovative teaching; or having typical, excellent results in teaching, in training and coaching, in guiding students in scientific research: students won prizes in international and regional Olympic competitions, first prizes in national, ministerial and industry level competitions.
- Science and technology field: Having outstanding international publications representing the unit or having excellent results in performing scientific research tasks calculated by hours converted to scientific research tasks according to the Regulations on lecturers and researchers of VNU; Or having monographs published in the year; Or having inventions and patents registered for intellectual property protection; Or having products and technological solutions being applied in practice; Or having startup products that have won official prizes in startup competitions at the ministry or industry level; Or having startup projects that have been accepted for investment by investors.
- Social and community activities: Participate in social and community activities in a leadership role or key position, activities that create great social effects, contribute to solving important issues in the community and society, and are recognized by competent authorities.
- Administration and other activities: Having excellent achievements in administration and other activities, solving specific and important problems, contributing to the development of the unit and VNU, strongly spreading the brand of the unit and VNU.
1.2. For students: Strictly comply with regulations, have good awareness in studying, training, contributing, achieving outstanding results in one of the following areas: Studying and training in social and community activities, contributing to the development and spreading of the VNU brand, specifically:
-Field of study and training: Have good academic results or better, good training results, no subjects with F grade in the school year (for university students) or good conduct (for high school students), and achieve one of the following achievements:
+ Won prizes in regional and international Olympic competitions and first prize in excellent student competitions and national Olympic competitions.
+ Won first prize at national, central sector, VNU, provincial and central city levels in scientific research, literature, arts, and sports.
+ There are typical international publications, students are the sole author or main author.
+ Have startup ideas and products that have won official awards in startup competitions at the ministry and industry levels.
+Successfully develop startup projects, projects accepted for investment by investors.
- Social and community activities: Have good academic results or better, good training results, no subjects with F grade in the school year (for university students) or good conduct (for high school students), actively participate in social and community activities in a leadership role or key position, activities that create great effects, contribute to solving specific and important issues in the community and society, recognized by competent authorities, contributing to strongly spreading the VNU brand.
2. Time to submit selection request:The units conduct the selection and send the list (according to sample) about the Department of Politics and Student Affairsbefore 10/25/2023 (Wednesday).

After the results of the title "Outstanding Young Face at the grassroots level" in 2023, the grassroots Council will select and propose to honor the title "Outstanding Young Face at the Hanoi National University level" in 2023.
