1. Proactively organize close monitoring of forecast information and storm developments, promptly direct and deploy response work, and avoid being passive or surprised.

2. Check houses, facilities, trees, electrical systems in working and teaching areas, dormitories, especially construction works and houses with corrugated iron roofs to ensure safety for staff, lecturers, students and minimize property damage.

3. Depending on the landfall of storm No. 3, if it makes landfall on Monday, September 9, 2024, the Head of the unit will proactively adjust working, teaching and learning hours to ensure the safety of staff, lecturers, students and pupils.
