1. Proactively organize and closely monitor storm forecasts and developments, promptly direct and implement response measures, and avoid being caught off guard or unprepared.

2. Inspect buildings, facilities, trees, and electrical systems in work, teaching, and dormitory areas, especially construction sites and buildings with corrugated iron roofs, to ensure the safety of staff, faculty, and students and minimize property damage.

3. Depending on the landfall of Typhoon No. 3, if it makes landfall on Monday, September 9, 2024, the head of the unit should proactively adjust working, teaching, and learning schedules to ensure the safety of staff, lecturers, and students.
