Graduate students are requested to be present at 1:30 PM.Graduate students who arrive late will not have enough time to complete the procedures for signing the diploma, changing into their ceremonial attire, and receiving their diploma on stage.
- NCS will sit in the assigned seats in the auditorium as directed by the Organizing Committee.
- When collecting their diplomas, NCS (National College of Science) graduates must bring photo identification. If they are unable to come in person, the person collecting the diploma on their behalf must bring a notarized power of attorney along with notarized copies of the identity cards of both the authorizing person and the authorized person.
