1. Time and place of organization
- Time: Morning 8:00, April 25, 2025 (Friday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Party Committee, Board of Directors, Representatives of Leaders of training units and graduates; Representatives of Leaders of Departments, Centers, Secretary of Youth Union, President of Student Association.
2. The school requires graduating students to attend the Graduation Ceremony:
- Time for students to be present at the Hall: 7:15 am
- Wear formal attire (the Bachelor's Gown will be prepared by the School), be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ Students who need to take photos can borrow formal attire at the lobby of Building E (bring ID card)
+ Graduates come to sign for their diplomas and transcripts at room 103, building E. Students must bring their ID cards.
+ Excellent graduates receive Certificates of Merit at the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department (distributed at the lobby on the 1st floor of Building E).
+ After the Ceremony, students can upload photos from the Graduation Ceremony on the School's website.
For the success of the Bachelor's Degree Ceremony, the School respectfully requests that the Board of Directors of each unit assign staff to attend and notify the graduating students of their unit to carry out the plan.
