Plan for organizing the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) announces the plan for the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony for the 2024-2025 academic year. Details are as follows:

1. Time and location of the event

- Time: 8:00 AM, April 25, 2025 (Friday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E.
- Attendees: Party Committee, Board of Directors, representatives of the leadership of training units and graduating students; representatives of the leadership of Departments and Centers, Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Association.

2. The school requires graduating students to attend the Graduation Ceremony:

- Students must arrive at the auditorium at 7:15 AM.
- Dress formally (the school will provide the graduation gown), arrive on time, and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- Following the Bachelor's degree awarding ceremony in the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E:
Students who need to have their photos taken can borrow formal attire at the lobby of building E (please bring your ID card).
Graduating students should come to room 103, building E to sign for their diplomas and transcripts. Graduating students must bring their Citizen Identity Card.
+ Students graduating with excellent grades should come to receive their Certificates of Merit at the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department (distributed in the lobby on the 1st floor of Building E).
After the ceremony, students can download photos from the graduation ceremony to the university's website.
For the success of the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony, the University respectfully requests that the leadership of each unit assign staff to attend and inform their graduating students to follow the plan accordingly.
