Pursuant to Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for considering recognition of qualifications and appointment to the titles of professor and associate professor; Procedures for considering cancellation of recognition of titles and dismissal of titles of professor and associate professor;
Pursuant to the Decisions of the Chairman of the State Council of Professors on recognition of meeting the standards for the titles of professor and associate professor;
Based on the strategic development plan of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University announces the number of professors and associate professors to be appointed to the following majors in 2025:
Appointment requirements
Conditions for appointment registration- Has been recognized as meeting the standards for the title of professor or associate professor granted by the State Council of Professors or has been appointed to the title of professor or associate professor by a foreign educational institution and meets the needs and appointment conditions of the School (The foreign educational institution has been inspected and recognized for quality by an inspection organization permitted to operate by the laws of the host country).
- Wish to be appointed to the title of professor or associate professor at the School.
Application documents for appointment to the title of professor or associate professor include:
- Application for appointment to the title of professor or associate professor (Form No. 15, Appendix II, issued with Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister).
- A copy of the decision recognizing the qualifications for the title of professor or associate professor for candidates applying for appointment to the title of professor or associate professor.
- Proof of appointment to the title of professor or associate professor at a foreign university (if any).
- Copies must be certified or notarized according to the provisions of law or compared with the original when submitting the application.
