The Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi respectfully announces the enrollment plan for the certificate training course "Journalism and Communication Profession", the specific content is as follows:
1. Course target
- People who are working in the field of journalism and media but do not have a degree in the right field, need to supplement their professional certificate to complete their application for recruitment/promotion to civil servant positions.
- Students studying or graduated from University or College, want to work in the field of journalism and media
- All people interested in and love the field of journalism and media
2. Training program
- Provide basic knowledge of modern journalism and media
- Practice working skills in the field of journalism: finding topics, interviewing, processing information, organizing works, editing skills...
- Work on basic journalistic genres: news, interviews, reports
- Building multimedia journalism works
- Editing and processing press releases and reporters' work at events, press conferences...
- At the end of the course, students can work to publish journalistic works on demand in the fields of print and electronic newspapers.
3. Certificate
Vietnamese - English Certificate issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU
4. Study time:
- 8 weeks, study every Monday and Wednesday evening, from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Expected opening date: April 2024
