1. Time and place of organization
-Time: Morning 8:30; Afternoon 14:30, 2 Days 29-30/07/2025 (Tuesday, Wednesday). Specific time according to attached schedule.
-Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Party Committee, Board of Directors, School Council, Representatives of Leaders of training units (directly awarding degrees to students of their units) and graduates; Representatives of Leaders of Departments, Secretary of Youth Union, President of Student Association.

2. Note for new graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony:
- Time for students to be present at the Hall according to the attached schedule.
- Wear formal attire (the Bachelor's Gown will be prepared by the School), be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ Students who need to borrow formal attire can borrow it at the lobby of Building E (bring your ID card).
+ Graduates come to room 103E to sign for their diplomas and transcripts. Students must bring their Student ID or Citizen Identification Card.
+ Graduates who have not received the original documents (original transcripts) submitted upon admission, please go to the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department (102E) to receive them (bring your ID card).
+ Students graduating with Excellent grades receive Certificates of Merit at the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department (Hall, 1st floor, Building E).
+ After the graduation ceremony, students upload photos on the school's website and fanpage.
