2. Notes for new graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony:- Students must arrive at the auditorium at the scheduled time as provided.
- Dress formally (the school will provide the graduation gown), arrive on time, and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- Following the Bachelor's degree awarding ceremony in the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E:
Students who need to borrow ceremonial attire can do so at the lobby of building E (please bring your ID card).
Graduating students should come to room 103E to sign for their diplomas and transcripts. Students must bring their student ID card or citizen identification card.
+ Graduating students who have not received their original academic transcripts submitted upon enrollment should go to the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Office (102E) to retrieve them (please bring your Citizen Identification Card).
+ Students graduating with excellent grades will receive a Certificate of Merit at the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Office (Lobby, 1st floor, Building E).
After the graduation ceremony, students can upload their photos to the university's website and fanpage.
