2. Note for new graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony:- Time for students to be present at the Hall according to the attached schedule.
- Wear formal attire (the Bachelor's Gown will be prepared by the School), be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ Students who need to borrow formal attire at the lobby of building E (bring ID card)
+ Graduates come to sign for their diplomas and transcripts at room 103E. Graduates must bring their Student ID or Citizen ID card.
+ Graduates who have not received the original documents (original transcripts) submitted upon admission, please go to the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department (102E) to receive them (bring your ID card).
+ Students graduating with Excellent grades receive Certificates of Merit at the Student Affairs and Quality Assurance Department (Hall, 1st floor, Building E).
+ After the ceremony, students upload photos on the school's website.
