The Admissions Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the admission requirements and results of the 2025 undergraduate admissions process under Method 301: Direct admission and priority admission according to the current admissions regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Students who win first, second, or third prize in the national excellent student selection exam, national or international science and technology competitions. |
- Achieve at least third place.
- Graduated from high school and met the requirements specified in the Admission Information of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- The average GPA requirements for grades 10, 11, and 12 for certain majors are specified below:
- Journalism major GPA over 3 years: 9.0
- Public Relations major: Average GPA over 3 years from 9.2
- Psychology major: GPA over 3 years from 9.0

Graduated from high school and met the requirements specified in the Admission Information of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. |
- Ensure you are eligible to study certain suitable majors as stipulated in the Admission Information of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- For the Social Work major, the average GPA for the past 3 years must be 8.4 or higher.

Ethnic minority preparatory university students |
- Ensure you are eligible to study certain suitable majors as specified in the University's Admissions Information.
For the History major: the total score of the 4 subjects/exams in the 2024 high school graduation exam must be 26.00 points or higher. |

Candidates who are members of ethnic minority groups with very small populations as defined by current government regulations, candidates from 20 poor border and island districts in the Southwest region, or those who have resided in one of these districts for 3 years or more, studied for 3 years and graduated from high school in these poor districts (students attending ethnic minority boarding schools are considered based on their place of residence) as defined by the Government, will be considered for admission to the prescribed majors/programs by the Prime Minister. |

3. Instructions for candidates to register online on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions System.
- Candidates who have met the admission requirements for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi via method 301 should continue to register their application preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions system (via the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions portal or the National Public Service Portal, address:http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/) to be considered for admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Registration period: From July 16, 2025 to July 28, 2025.
- Candidates decide for themselves how to prioritize their applications that meet the admission or selection criteria for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi when registering on the system (application 1 is the highest priority).
- Candidates express their preferences through the following options on the Admissions Support System:
(1) Choose the priority order of your aspirations (number 1 represents the highest aspiration);
(2) Selection of training institution, recruitment unit (school code):
