The University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) announces its plan for the 2025 enrollment of full-time undergraduate students in second-major programs with the following specific details:

2. Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
ButFull-time students of universities within the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (University of Foreign Languages, University of Education, University of Law, University of Economics), School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts, International School.
3. Eligibility requirements for admission
- The main field of study in the second degree program must be different from the main field of study in the first degree program.
- Have completed at least two semesters of the first training program.
- The overall average grade for all courses from the beginning of the program to the time of registration for the second degree program must be 2.5 or higher and meet the minimum quality assurance threshold for admission to the second program in the enrollment year.
- Students who apply to enroll in a second degree program will pay tuition fees as stipulated by the training institution.

4. Admission methods
Applicants will be selected based on their overall academic average from the beginning of the course to the end of the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year, from highest to lowest, until all available slots are filled.

- Fee: 100,000 VND/application
- Students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities pay the fees directly and receive assistance in printing their transcripts.(proof of academic results up to the time of application)at the Training Department (Room 103, Building E)
- Students from training units outside the University of Social Sciences and Humanities should transfer the application fee when registering for admission, make a copy of the transaction, and submit it along with their transcript.(proof of academic results up to the time of application) It bears the signature and seal of the training institution for the first major.

7. Tuition fees
- Tuition fees are calculated per credit unit and are paid per semester corresponding to the number of credits registered for that semester.

+ 660,000 VND/credit: Journalism, Public Relations, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Hotel Management, International Studies, Psychology
+ 565,000 VND/credit: Oriental Studies, Management Science, Information Management, Office Administration, Literature, History, Political Science, Southeast Asian Studies, Information and Library Science, Linguistics, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology.
+ 470,000 VND/credit: Social Work, Korean Studies, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, Archival Studies, Anthropology, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Cultural Studies.
8. Training organization
Students study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Based on the general timetable for all majors at the University and the specific timetable for the second degree program, students register for courses that suit their time and study plan.
9. Graduation requirements
Upon completing their second degree program, students receive a regular undergraduate degree awarded by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Students are only recognized as having graduated if they meet the following conditions:
- Recognized as having graduated from the first field of study;
- Up to the time of graduation consideration, students must not be under criminal investigation;
- Accumulate the required number of credits as stipulated in the second degree program;
- The cumulative GPA for the entire course must be 2.0 or higher;
- Still within the maximum time limit for completing the first degree program;
- I have paid the full tuition fee for the course.
NoteThe maximum time limit for completing the second training program is the same as the maximum time limit for completing the first training program.
