On May 5, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular No. 11/2017/TT-BGDDT Promulgating the Regulations on awarding the "Science and Technology Award for young lecturers in higher education institutions". This Circular takes effect from June 20, 2017. Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BGDDT dated May 5, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating regulations on awarding the "Young Vietnamese Scientific Talent" Award for young lecturers in higher education institutions ceases to be effective from the effective date of this Circular.
