On May 5, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular No. 11/2017/TT-BGDĐT promulgating the Regulations on awarding the "Science and Technology Award for Young Lecturers in Higher Education Institutions". This Circular takes effect from June 20, 2017. Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2014, issued by the Minister of Education and Training, promulgating the regulations on awarding the "Young Vietnamese Scientific Talent Award" for young lecturers in higher education institutions, ceases to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.
