Implementing Instruction No. 127 HD/BTGTW dated June 30, 2014 of the Central Propaganda Department (abbreviated as Instruction 127), in Official Dispatch No. 7120/BGDĐT-GDDH dated December 9, 2014, the Ministry of Education and Training assigned the University of Social Sciences and Humanities under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi to organize training courses for political theory lecturers, including lecturers of Ho Chi Minh Thought for universities and colleges nationwide in the period 2015 - 2017. To implement this task, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the enrollment plan for the course in 2017 as follows:
1. Admission objects:
- Lecturer teaching Ho Chi Minh Thought subject at universities, colleges, professional and vocational high schools.
- Lecturers who are teaching political theory subjects and wish to attend the course.
- Alumni and final year full-time university students of Social Sciences and Humanities who wish to attend the course. Final year university students will be awarded a certificate upon completion of the course requirements and graduation from university (course results are valid for the purpose of granting a certificate within 06 months from the end of the course to the time the student graduates from university)
2. Application form:
Course registration form (attached form); copy of bachelor's or postgraduate degree, postgraduate degree (if any); copy of birth certificate and ID card; 2 4 x 6 portrait photos taken within the last 3 months, with full name, date of birth, and place of birth clearly written on the back of the photo; 2 envelopes with enough postage stamps and the recipient's name and address clearly written on the envelope.
Note :Notarized copies of diplomas, student cards, birth certificates, and identity cards are not required. When submitting the application, applicants must bring the originals for comparison and verification.
- Final year university students studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities only need to submit an application form and 03 photos.
3. Application deadline:Office hours from Monday to Friday, from May 8, 2017 to June 15, 2017.
4. Place to receive documents:

5. Timetable: 4 months,from June 2017 to August 2017
6. Admission (expected):June 17, 2017, Faculty of Political Science, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (room 214, building C, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi)
7. Tuition:4,500,000 VND (Four million five hundred thousand dong) . Tuition fees may be adjusted depending on the number of students in the class.
