1. THEME OF THE SEMINAR
The workshop focused on the following topics:
- Report on pilot implementation of OER at two training institutions.
- Copyright and intellectual property issues for open access, open publishing and OER.
- Open licenses (eg Creative Commons): challenges and opportunities for Vietnam.
- Vietnamese intellectual property law and the issue of OER development and open access.
- The role of libraries, universities, publishers and stakeholders in implementing copyright and adopting open licenses.
- Legal/beneficial balance between open licensing and intellectual property and copyright.
- Copyright and open licensing in digital resource sharing, e-publishing and ebooks.
- Copyright challenges in developing open textbooks in Vietnam.

3. REGULATIONS ON ARTICLES
- A conference paper is an article that has not been published in any journal, scientific publication, or scientific conference.
- Articles should not exceed 10,000 words (including references).
- Each article has a summary – no more than 200 words. An English summary is encouraged.
- Language used: Vietnamese or English.
- Include full information about the author, workplace, email address and contact phone number.
- Font size 13, Font: Times New Roman.
- Tables: Tables must be numbered, titled, bold, and centered. Tables must have a clear, accurate citation of the source. The title should be placed above the table.
- Images and charts must be numbered, titled, bold, and centered. Figures must have a clear, accurate citation. Titles should be placed below the figure.
- Citations and references according to APA standard (Citation:http://www.apastyle.org/learn/tutorials/basics-tutorial.aspx, References:http://www.apastyle.org/learn/quick-guide-on-references.aspx)
4. POSTER REGULATIONS
- Poster is a scientific product that has not been published in any scientific journal, publication, or scientific conference.
- Size: can be printed on A0 sheet
- The design ensures aesthetics, has illustrative diagrams, avoids including too much text or too much information. Only include the main information of scientific research results.
- Poster products can be sent in image format (jpg, png) or MS word.
