Enrollment for the VLVH program, 2nd batch, course QH-2012-X, Journalism major, in Ha Nam

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the College of Radio and Television 1, organizes the university entrance exam for the part-time study course QH-2012-X, majoring in Journalism, with a quota of 80 students and a training period of 1.5 - 2 years.

I. Admission objects

Those who have a college degree in Journalism. Candidates who have just graduated from college must have a good grade at the time of the exam to be eligible to take the exam. The remaining cases must have at least 01 year of working experience in the specialized field.

II. Entrance exam subjects

Candidates must pass an entrance exam consisting of 2 subjects: - Theoretical basis of journalism and communication - Journalism genres

III. Document procedures

The documents are issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The time for issuing and receiving documents is from July 3, 2012 to August 3, 2012. The school authorizes the College of Radio and Television 1 to issue and receive documents.

IV. Application documents include

1. A set of application documents certified by the agency or locality with a photo attached and stamped (candidates buy at College of Radio and Television 1). 2. A notarized copy of college diploma. 3. A notarized copy of birth certificate. 4. A confirmation of at least 01 year of working experience related to the training major (for candidates graduating with Average or Good Average grades) 5. Notarized copy of priority certificate (if any) 6. Confirmation of working at the agency (if any). 7. 03 color photos 3x4 cm in size, with full name, date of birth written on the back. 8. Two stamped envelopes with address and contact phone number clearly written (postage stamp 2000 VND).

Priority policies in admission

Priority candidates will be given priority according to the current work-study admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. Those with multiple priority criteria will only be given the highest priority. Priority certificates must be submitted once in the application; additional submissions after the exam will not be accepted for priority consideration.

• Application review fee: 50,000 VND/candidate (submitted with application)
• Exam fee: 350,000 VND/candidate (submitted with application)
