Implementing the 2011-2012 school year plan, the School organized the Graduation Ceremony and awarded Bachelor of Science degrees to Course QH-2008-X on August 1, 2012.
1. The school organized a diploma awarding ceremony for all graduates of Course QH-2008-X.(SVTN) in the Graduation Ceremony and Awarding of Bachelor of Science Degrees of Course QH-2008-X. To successfully organize this important event, we request that leaders of units thoroughly inform SVTN of their units of the following contents:
- General rehearsal of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2008-X:
- Time: 7:00 a.m. July 31, 2012 (Tuesday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E and 3rd and 4th floors, Building G.
- Participants: Summon all students to attend (Only students who participate in the rehearsal and sign the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official graduation ceremony)
- Graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Course QH-2008-X:
- Time: 7:00 a.m. August 1, 2012 (Wednesday)
- Location: 8th floor hall, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of Departments/Offices, Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union Executive Committee, Student Association Secretary, Representatives of Faculty/Department Executive Committees, Student Affairs and Training Assistants and Training Assistants of units, academic advisors of the QH-2008-X course, and Student Union members participated in the rehearsal.
- Gathering place for students of all units during the rehearsal and graduation ceremony and awarding of bachelor of science degrees:
- SVTN was awarded to all units and SVTN of the majors International Studies, Library Information, Literature, Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Culture for NNN, Vietnam Studies, Sociology, Social Work gathered at the Hall on the 8th floor, Building E (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee).
- Students of the remaining majors and other courses QH-2008-X gather at lecture halls 302, 303, 304, 407, 408, Building G and Room 701, Building E (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee).
2. SVTN attend the graduation ceremonyPlease wear formal attire, be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee. For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science Degrees for the QH-2008-X Course, we request that leaders of units assign officers in charge of informing and urging students of their units to seriously follow the plan set out by the School.
