In accordance with the 2011-2012 academic year plan, the School organized the Graduation Ceremony and awarded Bachelor of Science degrees to the QH-2008-X cohort on August 1, 2012.
1. The school organized a graduation ceremony for all students graduating from the QH-2008-X cohort.(Student volunteers) at the Graduation Ceremony and Awarding of Bachelor of Science Degrees, Class of QH-2008-X. To successfully organize this important event, we request that unit leaders thoroughly explain the following points to the student volunteers under their unit:
- Final rehearsal for the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Class of QH-2008-X:
- Time: 7:00 AM, July 31, 2012 (Tuesday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E and the 3rd and 4th floors, Building G.
- Attendees: All student volunteers are invited to attend (Only student volunteers who participated in the rehearsal and signed the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official graduation ceremony).
- Graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Class of QH-2008-X:
- Time: 7:00 AM, August 1st, 2012 (Wednesday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E.
- Attendees included: Representatives from various Departments/Divisions, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, the Executive Committee of the Student Association, representatives from the Deans of Faculties/Departments, assistants in student affairs and training from various units, academic advisors for the QH-2008-X cohort, and student volunteers who participated in the dress rehearsal.
- Meeting point for student volunteers from various units during the dress rehearsal and the graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees:
- The student volunteers from all units and the student volunteers from the International Studies, Library and Information Science, Literature, Vietnamese Language and Culture for Foreign Languages, Vietnamese Studies, Sociology, and Social Work departments will gather at the auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E (a specific list and instructions will be provided by the Organizing Committee).
- Students from other majors and other courses (QH-2008-X) will gather in lecture halls 302, 303, 304, 407, 408 in Building G and Room 701 in Building E (a specific list and instructions will be provided by the Organizing Committee).
2. Student volunteers attend the graduation ceremony.Students are required to wear formal attire, be punctual, and strictly adhere to the instructions of the Organizing Committee. For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and the awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2008-X cohort, we request that unit leaders assign staff to inform and encourage their student volunteers to seriously implement the plan set forth by the University.
