Questions about happiness are a constant concern for many people. Some find the answers easily, while others spend a great deal of time and effort, even their entire lives, searching for them.

With the desire to help young people find answers for themselves, and to participate in the action on International Happiness Day (March 20th), CIRSS invites you to attend Webinar #4 (completely free) held at 7 PM on March 19th with the theme "Awakening Happiness".
Audiences will have the opportunity to listen to interesting insights from guest speakers, ask questions, and receive helpful advice on how to "awaken" happiness within themselves.

* “Awakening Happiness” is the fourth webinar in the “Psychological and Social Support for the Community” webinar series, created with the desire to bring professional knowledge into practical life, contributing to the prevention, support, and improvement of mental health for the community.

Program details:

  • What is happiness?
  • Where does happiness come from?
  • How can we find happiness?

Speaker:

  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Hong Hai: Head of the Department of Cultural Anthropology; Senior Lecturer at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi, teaching Religious Anthropology, Arts and Humanities, Behavioral & Social Studies.
  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang: Currently working at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Sociology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her research focuses on family and youth. She is also a member of several psychosocial support groups for individuals and families facing difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic.
