The Center for Psychological Support and Counseling is a scientific organization engaged in research, training, and application of psychological and social sciences, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The Center was established on July 29, 2004.The Center operates in accordance with Decree No. 35/HĐBT dated January 28, 1992, of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on the management of science and technology; and Joint Circular No. 195-LB dated November 13, 1992, of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment - Government Personnel Organization Committee, guiding the registration of activities of scientific research and technology development organizations. The Center's English name is: Center for Assisting and Consulting Psychology.
