According to Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son (Vice Principal), the number of students studying Thai language is still not commensurate with the needs of society. On the other hand, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is one of the prestigious units in teaching Vietnamese language. In addition, the two sides also have many opportunities to cooperate in a number of fields of social sciences and humanities and management science.
Professor Sanit Loengbudnark proposed several linkage models such as 2+2, 3+1, 1+3 and hoped that students would receive degrees from both schools after graduation.

As a multidisciplinary training institution, Rajabhat Loei University has 5 faculties with many majors, including: Faculty of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Management Science, Faculty of Industrial Technology, and many service centers.
According to Professor Sanit Loengbudnark, each year the school is willing to grant students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities from 1 to 2 full scholarships.
