Prospects for collaboration on media production with WGBH

Many experts and managers in media and film training from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities attended a presentation by Ms. Judith Vecchione on media and Internet applications on the morning of January 25, 2009.

As a representative of the WGBH Education Foundation, Ms. Judith Vecchione introduced the digital library project about Vietnam through television programs, WGBH's online documentary film archives, and the implementation process.

During the presentation, the audience also raised many questions and made suggestions on related issues. Many of these ideas were included by Ms. Judith Vecchione in the list of areas for collaboration, particularly regarding the exchange of source materials.

On behalf of the school's leadership, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son (Vice Rector) expressed his hope that the two sides would soon have concrete cooperation activities in the fields of training and program production.
