- Strengthening political and ideological education for union members and association members, actively responding to Phase II of the campaign "Studying and working according to the moral example of Ho Chi Minh," aiming to build a disciplined and civilized school environment and a student-style environment at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Promote activities that encourage and support learning, scientific research, and professional development among union members and association members.

- Improve the quality of activities within youth union branches and associations, continue to refine activity formats suitable for credit-based training programs, and effectively introduce union members who are potential Party members to Party organizations for consideration and admission.

- Enhance cultural, sports, and social activities to celebrate major holidays and important events, contributing to enriching the cultural and spiritual life of union members and students.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son, on behalf of the university leadership, highly appreciated the efforts of the Youth Union in organizing many effective activities to disseminate and guide political and ideological awareness among student members. 2010 was a year with many major events for the country and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, so the contents of this emulation campaign are truly significant for young people, contributing to directing their thoughts and explorations towards many important issues of the university and society. Furthermore, these activities will help students become more aware of their roles and responsibilities to the community and strive for better results in their studies and work.
