On the afternoon of January 19, 2011, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Rector of the University - along with representatives from several faculties, departments, and functional offices, held a meeting and working session with Mr. Matthieu Lacave - an independent assessor invited by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs - and representatives from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On the afternoon of January 19, 2011, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Rector of the University - along with representatives from several faculties, departments, and functional offices, held a meeting and working session with Mr. Matthieu Lacave - an independent assessor invited by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs - and representatives from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.During the meeting, representatives from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs primarily focused on verifying and evaluating two joint French-language training programs: organizational management and hotel management. Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu presented the results and activities of the French-language programs at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Representatives from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs highly praised the effectiveness of the French-language training programs at the University. Following this, both sides exchanged and discussed the future development direction of the joint French-language training programs. It was noted that the organizational management program began in 2007 with 27 participants, followed by 20 participants in 2008, 24 in 2009, and 24 in 2010; the hotel management program began its first course in 2008 with 34 participants, and its second course with 23 participants. These two programs will continue to be implemented and developed in the coming years.
