Orientation of science and technology research topics and tasks for the period 2010-2020

In order to guide the proposed Science and Technology projects and tasks for Hanoi in the period 2010-2020, the University requests that Faculties, Research Centers, and staff propose research projects and topics. The heads of units should compile and submit proposals in writing to the Scientific Research Management Department before January 14, 2011.The projects and research topics will be implemented according to the following specific themes:The research project has two directions:Firstly, the study investigates the workforce of commune and ward-level managers in Hanoi during the period of industrialization and modernization. Secondly, it investigates the high-quality human resources serving the cause of industrialization and modernization and the sustainable development of the capital city.The research topic can be developed in the following directions:The current organizational and operational situation of Hanoi's political system; Vocational transformation and employment for Hanoi farmers during urbanization; Development orientation of traditional craft villages in the capital; Construction of a Hanoi ecological and cultural tourism map; Preservation and exploitation of the capital's historical and cultural heritage; Population distribution, language, and culture in Hanoi; Urban lifestyle and the influence of foreign cultures on Hanoi's current lifestyle and culture: current situation and solutions…
