Orientation of science and technology topics and tasks for the period 2010-2020

In order to orient the proposed Science and Technology topics and tasks for Hanoi capital in the period 2010 - 2020, the School requests that Faculties, Research Centers and staff propose projects and research topics, heads of units collect and send written proposals to the Department of Scientific Research Management before January 14, 2011.Research projects and topics will be implemented according to the following specific topics:The research project has two directions:One is to investigate the labor resources of commune and ward management in Hanoi capital during the period of industrialization and modernization. Two is to investigate high-quality human resources to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization and the sustainable development of the capital.Research topics can be developed in the following directions:Current situation of organization and operation of Hanoi's political system; Career and employment transition for Hanoi farmers in the urbanization process; Orientation for the development of the capital's craft villages; Building a map of Hanoi's ecological and cultural tourism; Preserving and exploiting the capital's historical and cultural heritage; Population distribution, language, and culture; Urban lifestyle and the influence of foreign culture on Hanoi's current lifestyle and culture: current situation and solutions...
