Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Vietnam Wojciech Gerwel and Professor Pham Quang Minh, Rector.

The visit coincided with the international conference "Health Behavior in Modern Society," which took place at the University on November 1-2, 2019. The conference was co-organized by the University, Gdańsk University, and the National Institute of Mental Health - Bach Mai Hospital.

Professor Pham Quang Minh, Rector, expressed his pleasure in welcoming the Ambassador and the Polish scientists. The Rector stated that the cooperation between the University and Gdańsk University has been frequent and close over the past seven years and is one of the most effective partnerships among the University's European partners.

The Faculty of Psychology - University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Social Sciences - University of Gdańsk have had many collaborative activities in research and teaching in psychology for many years. Faculty members from both sides have collaborated on joint scientific research in Vietnam and Poland, and have exchanged faculty members for research and teaching at the partner university...

Following the working session, Professor Tadeusz Dmochowski, Head of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Gdańsk University, gave a talk to humanities students on the history of resolving the Russia-China border dispute.
