The training course is designed to help faculty and staff of the university access innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, fostering a readiness to embrace challenges and diversity in their work. From there, faculty members can inspire and advise students on entrepreneurship, guide students in teamwork, solve problems in education and other fields in a scientific manner, and protect their own and their students' intellectual property rights.

In Phase 1, faculty members learned about innovative thinking (led by Dr. Dao Thi Dieu Linh, Dr. Le Thi Hong Duyen, and Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu), the entrepreneurial spirit of educators, the lean startup process, the Business Canvas model, and design thinking (led by Dr. Hoang Thi Bao Thoa, PhD candidate Nguyen Mai Huong, and Dr. Le Thanh Huyen). The instructors were lecturers from Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Ministry of Science and Technology, who had completed the VIBE course on entrepreneurial educators.

After Phase 1, participants will form project teams to undertake open challenges, leading up to the final pitching session – identifying problems and proposing startup solutions related to their area of expertise.

Phase 2 of the training course commenced on June 13th. On the morning of June 13th, participants continued their studies on intellectual property practices, led by Intellectual Property Lawyer Phan Quoc Nguyen. In the afternoon of June 13th, the groups presented their ideas and solutions in a final pitching session. The best ideas selected at this final pitching session will receive further support from the Entrepreneurship Educators Group, connecting them with the Ministry of Science and Technology's Innovation and Startup Ecosystem Support Project.

Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan delivered the welcoming remarks at the opening session.

Speaking at the opening session, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) said that the first "Innovative Entrepreneurship Educator" training course had attracted a large and sustained participation from faculty members of the University. He hoped that the second training course would continue to inspire the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among faculty members, so that they could pass this spirit on to the students of the University. This was also an opportunity for faculty members to exchange and share perspectives and experiences on teaching, thereby strengthening their bonds and solidarity.
