The first round was held in August, with more than 1,200 students completing it with very high learning and training results. This time, although the number of students is larger, the teachers believe that all students will overcome the initial confusion and difficulties to complete the learning and training session with the best results, contributing to promoting the image of Hanoi University of Humanities students: disciplined, orderly, compassionate, and humane.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Colonel Duong Van Chien warmly welcomed the students of the school to participate in the second course on National Defense and Security Education in 2022, and shared some contents about the role, political significance as well as some main contents of the course on National Defense and Security Education. This is a special subject, because it not only cultivates students' strong political will, fosters their love for their homeland and country, and their responsibility to build and defend the Fatherland, but is also an opportunity for them to practice discipline, camaraderie, sharing and the spirit of overcoming difficulties. Colonel Duong Van Chien believes that with the self-awareness and humanistic spirit that they have cultivated during their time as students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, all students will successfully complete the course contents. On the Center's side, teachers, officers and staff will promote their sense of responsibility to support and create all conditions to help students complete their learning content in the best way possible.
On behalf of more than 1,500 students participating in the course, Dao Thanh Thuy (student of K65, Faculty of Management Science) shared: As students, as the young generation of the country, we are very aware of the role and significance of the subject of National Defense and Security Education. When we came here, we were very happy and assured to study this subject in a very spacious and airy place, the teachers of the Board of Directors as well as the departments in the School of Humanities and the teachers and staff of the Center guided us very thoughtfully and meticulously. Therefore, we will definitely complete this course well and will have meaningful experiences, full of love and sharing with friends and teammates.
