2. Register your performance for the competition and request the use of musicians provided by the Organizing Committee.

Units must register their entries in writing with the Organizing Committee through the School's Trade Union Office (Room 601, Building E). The registration form should clearly state: the names of the entries, the performance style, the names of the authors; confirmation of the use of musicians by the Organizing Committee; and the full name and contact phone number of the team leader. The deadline for submitting entries to the School's Trade Union Office is [date].October 29, 2010.The organizing committee would like to announce and respectfully request that all units continue to implement training activities, information dissemination, and ensure the progress of other tasks so that the competition can be held successfully.
