The remaining 9 units continued to bring impressive, unique, and equally vibrant and lively performances to the Faculty and Student Singing Contest celebrating the 65th anniversary of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on the second night of the competition last night, November 11, 2010.Themes praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, love for the homeland, the teacher-student relationship, and other deeply humane sentiments were once again expressed by the participating units in diverse and captivating styles. The Faculty of Journalism and Communication affirmed its dynamism and creativity with "20 Medleys" and "Traditional Folk Songs." The Faculty of Information and Library Science presented profound insights with two songs about President Ho Chi Minh: "The Song of Ho Chi Minh" and "The Song from the City Named After Him." The Anthropology Department, both youthful and rich in national identity, presented "I Love" and "My Hometown Quan Ho Village." Particularly noteworthy were the Archival Studies and Office Management departments, which created a strong impression with their performances ranging from love for Hanoi – Vietnam to "Vietnam-Laos Friendship." And we cannot fail to mention the Political Science Department, always radiant with love for the Party and the Fatherland, through its four competition entries. Celebrating the teacher-student bond and the fervent love for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Faculty of Administration and the 2+2 Collaborative Program resonated with a "welcome song." The Faculty of International Studies was joyful and radiant, from the trio's rendition of "Is Spring Still Here?" to the group's performance of "Coming to the People of Vietnam." Concluding the second night of the competition, and also the final performances, the Faculty of Psychology's entry was vibrant with youthful energy and a forward-looking vision.
