
The talk show was attended by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim – Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the university; and five speakers including: Mr. Pham Hong Quat – Director of the Department of Market Development and Science and Technology Enterprises, Ministry of Science and Technology; Mr. Pham Dung Nam - Expert on innovative entrepreneurship from the Ministry of Science and Technology; Mr. Tran Viet Duc - General Partner - IDG Ventures Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Tien Trung - Senior Advisor of the National Entrepreneurship Program of VCCI, innovation consultant at IPP; and Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung - General Director of BK - HOLDINGS CO.LTD, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. In addition, the talk show was also attended by leaders of the Faculty of Management Science.

Opening the program, in his speech, Professor Nguyen Van Kim welcomed the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Management Science's Student Union for their attention to students' need to learn about entrepreneurship by organizing a practical and beneficial talk show in collaboration with the University's Student Union and specialized agencies.
The professor also specifically expressed his expectations for a change in students' perceptions of entrepreneurship after the event concludes. Through this, the professor and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will work together to build and develop a truly innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem within the University, making the University an important component in the national and international innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In the warm and friendly atmosphere of the conversation, the guest speakers successively shared their experiences and insights on the "innovative startup ecosystem." Many questions were raised by the organizers and students, expressing common concerns such as: "What do students need to prepare for an innovative startup?", "What is the role of universities in the innovative startup ecosystem?", "What is the appropriate amount of capital for a startup?", and "How to protect one's idea?", etc.

The speakers' entrepreneurial journeys gradually unfolded through interesting and practical answers. New startup ideas were also presented by the students, and attractive opportunities from investors were suggested by the guest speakers to help the students feel more confident in their ideas.In particular, this talk show is just the first step in a series of activities called "Building a creative startup ecosystem in universities," which will be implemented by the Faculty leadership..
It can be said that the talk show truly touched upon the concerns of many students, not only revolving around the topic of entrepreneurship but also introducing a new concept of "creative entrepreneurship"; thereby unleashing new entrepreneurial ideas and laying the foundation for their own future development.
