"Melody of Life" is an English singing contest launched by the English Club of the Faculty of International Studies, with the aim of building a new, familiar and practical English playground in the student community, while contributing to the strengthening of the cultural and artistic movement among students.* Contestants: All students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU). * Contest registration: - from October 16-18, at the registration desk (information room, building G). - From October 16-21, via email fisenglishclub@gmail.com (Clearly state the title "Register to participate in the English singing contest - Melody of Life", personal information (full name, year of birth, class, department, phone number...), information about the contest performance. * Contest format: Including preliminary round and final night Preliminary round: - Time - Location: 4:15 p.m. on October 23 on the 8th floor of building E. - Format: Solo singing of 1 English song (contestants must prepare their own background music). Final night: - Time - Location: 6:00 p.m. on October 31 on the 8th floor of building E. - Format: After the qualifying round, the organizing committee will select the 8 best contestants to move on. In the final night, the contestants will have to go through 2 rounds: individual and duet with 1 of the remaining contestants (The organizing committee will conduct a draw) The order of solos and duets will be announced immediately after the announcement of the finalists.
