During the meeting, Associate Professor Tran Viet Nghia introduced the main achievements in training, scientific research, and key research directions of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The university hopes to strengthen its relationship with Greifswald University through concrete and practical collaborations.
In response, Associate Professor Margit Bussmann, on behalf of Greifswald University, thanked the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for its warm welcome and proposed several collaborative activities between the two sides, such as student and faculty exchange programs, joint training programs, international conferences, etc. Greifswald University expressed its hope to welcome and partially fund Vietnamese students to study and conduct research in Germany. Associate Professor Margit Bussmann is personally lecturing to graduate students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities from March 27th to 31st, 2017, as part of the European Union's Erasmus+ Faculty Exchange Program.
On behalf of the University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Viet Nghia pledged to create the best conditions for implementing the cooperation proposals of Greifswald University. The Cooperation and Development Office will be the point of contact between the two sides.
