The Humanistic Pink Sunshine is an annual activity held on a school-wide scale. With the theme “Calling the sunshine back – Giving love”, this program truly became a festival of volunteers, a day of love and a day of drops of kindness.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai, Political and Student Affairs Department of the School also registered to participate in the school-wide blood donation festival "Nang Hong Nhan Van"

Since early morning, the preparations for the blood donation day have been carefully and thoroughly prepared by volunteers. With the theme “Calling the sun back - Giving love”, the program has attracted a large number of volunteers, students, staff and lecturers to donate blood.

The blood donation process includes registration, pre-donation testing, care before, during and after blood donation. Blood donors are consulted and cared for by volunteers from the Organizing Committee and doctors from the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. In addition, after donating blood, you will also receive gifts of extremely adorable teddy bears.

Participating in the program for the first time, Vy Oanh, a student of class 59, Faculty of Management Science, shared:“At first, I felt very scared and mentally stressed, but then I felt quite normal. Although it hurt a little, I felt very happy because I was able to do something meaningful. If there is a next time, I will definitely continue to donate blood.”

Not only in the school, “Nang Hong Nhan Van” also attracts students from other schools in Hanoi to participate in blood donation. Phuong Lan, a student at the University of Transport, shared the reason for her decision to participate in blood donation:“I think donating blood is a noble and meaningful act. With just a small amount of blood, I can save many people from the risk of losing their relatives and friends, and first of all, save the lives of those who need blood. Moreover, after participating in “Nang Hong Nhan Van”, I also received many lovely gifts.”

Donating blood is a noble humanitarian act, demonstrating the tradition of “Helping others as you would yourself” and “Love others as you love yourself” of our ancestors. By donating a drop of blood, you can save a life, so this is a meaningful activity that needs to be widely replicated.

Accompanying activity "The scholar gives letters"

In addition to blood donation, the program also organized many meaningful activities such as: "Teacher gives letters", "Flashmob Hello Summer", "Space of memories",... All of these created a real festival, where there is love between people, deep gratitude, and solidarity and mutual support of the youth of Nhan Van.

The program ended successfully with the collection of 346 units of blood. The collected blood will be transferred to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to complete the professional work, soon meeting the urgent need for blood transfusion of patients.
