This is a traditional activity of the School Union to honor students who are children of staff and employees in the school with excellent academic and training achievements, thereby encouraging and motivating them in their studies as well as motivating staff and their families in life.
In the 2013-2014 school year, the whole school had 208 students achieving the title of excellent students at all levels, including 11 students who were both excellent students and won the District-level excellent student award; 03 students who were both excellent students and won the City-level excellent student award; 02 students who were both excellent students and won the National award.

Many students won high prizes in the excellent student competitions at all levels in the 2013-2014 school year, such as: Vu Hanh Trang (daughter of Nguyen Thuy Hanh, a staff member of the Faculty of Library Information) won the title of Excellent Student and the Encouragement Prize in French at the national level for grade 12; Nguyen Duc Minh (daughter of Nguyen Thi Thuan, a staff member of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication) won the title of Excellent Student and the First Prize in City level and the Bronze Prize in Information Technology at the national level; Nguyen Thi Van Trang (daughter of Nguyen Van Phuc, a staff member of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language) won the title of Excellent Student and the Encouragement Prize in Geography at the District and City levels; Nguyen Nhu Hoang Anh (son of Nguyen Thien Nam, a staff member of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Language) won the title of Excellent Student and the Encouragement Prize in English at the District level; Tran Thi Tung Lam (daughter of Dang Thanh Huong, a staff member of the Principal I) won the title of Excellent Student and the Second Prize in Literature at the District level; Duong Kieu Phuc (son of Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh, an officer of the Principal I) won the title of Excellent Student and Second Prize in Handwriting at the District level and the Encouragement Prize at the District level in English...

Not only were the children awarded many meaningful prizes, they also participated in a lively ceremony with many unique performances, plays, magic tricks, etc., giving them the opportunity to show off their talents, as well as to exchange and learn with friends of the same age.
