Approximately 200 key Youth Union and Student Association officials from the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Student Association, and affiliated branches of the Youth Union and Student Association, as well as the Staff Youth Union branches of the university, participated in the training session.

Warm-up before training session
The training course for Youth Union and Student Association officials is an opportunity for students from different faculties to meet, learn from each other's experiences, and strengthen their bonds. It is also a chance for first-year students who have just taken on leadership roles in the Youth Union and Student Association at the grassroots level to gain a basic understanding of the school's activities.
The training session served to prepare the necessary resources and experience for the quality of student activities and movements in the upcoming academic year.
At the program, Comrade Tran Duc Hoa – President of the Student Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – conveyed the message of the training session: “We are an information system, and each staff member is a link in that network, playing the role of disseminating information to all students in the university.”

One of six classroom models is divided
Following a lively, student-style warm-up activity, participants simulated the process of organizing the Branch Youth Union/Student Association Congress and the Inter-Branch Youth Union/Student Association Congress. The trainees were divided into six groups. These six groups functioned as six small classrooms within a department. Each group's task was to organize its own Branch Youth Union/Student Association Congress and elect its Executive Committee with the assistance of coordinators acting as homeroom teachers. Afterward, each group nominated a representative from their Branch Youth Union/Student Association to participate in the Inter-Branch Youth Union/Student Association Congress.
This is one of a series of very beneficial and practical activities, especially for student union and association officials who are first-year students and still feel very unfamiliar with the university environment.
The challenge of this activity is that the students are randomly assigned to different groups and are completely unfamiliar with each other.

Bringing students together as a class and electing a student council helps them get to know each other better, become closer, and bond more closely. This will increase the effectiveness and coordination of future Youth Union and Student Association activities.
The training program also provided an opportunity for young cadres to voice their opinions. All suggestions, discussions, and difficulties encountered during the implementation of tasks assigned by the Youth Union and Student Association were recorded and addressed in detail by the organizing committee.

After research and preparation, the youth union members organized a simulation of a branch-level congress.
After lunch, the Youth Union and Student Association officials participated in intellectual games like "Ringing the Golden Bell," which provided interesting information about the Union's activities, or team-building games that combined various skills such as leadership, critical thinking, and teamwork.

The 2017 Youth Union and Youth Association Cadre Training Program concluded successfully thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Organizing Committee and the enthusiastic participation of the Youth Union and Youth Association cadres.

In the afternoon, the club members participated in a training session in the courtyard of building E.

The youth union members will continue their training on the 8th floor of building E.
At the end of the training session, each Youth Union and Student Association official acquired new skills and experienced joy, friendship, and camaraderie, along with the determination to successfully complete their work in the coming year. We are confident that the Youth Union and Student Association officials of the University will fully utilize their abilities and sense of responsibility, contributing to building a stronger Youth Union and Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and always being a reliable companion for generations of students at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
