Announcement of Annex scholarship program, semester 1, academic year 2024-2025

1. Subjects and selection criteria
- Students with academic results in the 2023-2024 school year of 2.5 or higher and training results of good or higher.
- Having difficult circumstances, having the spirit to overcome difficulties;
- Not received any non-budgetary scholarships in semester 1, school year 2023-2024.
2. Scholarship value: 3,500,000 VND/01 student/semester.
3. Scholarship criteria:The whole school has02 indicatorsThe school will select and nominate 02 students to request Hanoi National University to consider based on the student registration records.
4. Scholarship application form
- Transcript of the 2024-2025 school year with signature and seal of the training unit;
- Scholarship application (according to form);
- Student information (according to form, written in Vietnamese);
- Certificate of difficult circumstances issued by a competent authority or application for difficult circumstances certified by the homeroom teacher/Faculty leader/Department leader/Politics and Student Affairs Department;
- Speech/Thank you letter when being considered for a scholarship;
- Photocopies of certificates of: Academic achievements, Union - Association activities, scientific research... in the 2023 - 2024 school year (if any).
All the above documents must be arranged in order, contained in a separate file bag measuring 25cm x 34cm, with full information written on the outside of the file bag (Annex scholarship registration for semester 1, school year 2024-2025, Full name, Phone number, Email). Submitted documents will not be returned.
In addition to the original documents, students must submit a soft copy of the application in the form of a pdf file including a scan of the documents arranged in the above order, the file name is the student's full name and send it to the email address:bang@ussh.edu.vn before September 23, 2024 (Monday).
