The event was accompanied by speaker Dr. Cao Xuan Lieu, Chairman of the Founding Council of the Institute for Applied Psychology - Education and Human Resources Training. With many years of experience teaching in the field of psychology and human resources training, the speaker shared a lot of information and personal experiences since he was a fresh graduate, facing many difficulties and challenges in finding a job that truly suited him and had opportunities for advancement.

According to Dr. Cao Xuan Lieu, university students today are well-trained in their majors, but when entering the labor market, they still face many difficulties: difficulty finding jobs; or finding jobs that do not match their abilities, strengths, and desires; lack of confidence during interviews and probationary periods, leading to failure to meet the expectations of employers.
Therefore, while still in school, students need to have thorough preparations, not only a solid foundation of professional knowledge but also understanding themselves, positioning themselves, identifying the "no" (difficulties, challenges) about the labor market, the job they will do, identifying the obstacles they will encounter when starting a new job, a new environment. Only then can students not be surprised or "naive" when officially entering the labor market right after graduation.

"Generation Z students need to realize that now is not the time for them to "beg" for a job, but to find the most suitable job (expertise, ability, interests, strengths, desires and opportunities to develop and improve themselves) or to be able to create jobs for themselves and for many others.". - Dr. Cao Xuan Lieu emphasized.
