 3. Admission documents
  1. Admission notice (students receive admission notice upon enrollment).
  2. 01 Notarized copy of graduation certificate; If the candidate graduated from university/Master's degree abroad, there must be a confirmation document from the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree for PhD candidates.
- University diploma for students admitted to Master's program.
3. Birth certificate (01 certified copy or notarized copy or extract).
4. Citizen identification card (01 notarized copy).
5. Resume (according to form)HERE), with a photo, stamp, and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the student works.
6. Send a 3x4 portrait photo to the email address (to make a student card):bangtrinhvan@gmail.com(Photo submission deadline is no later than 07 days from the date of admission); photo file name as follows: Student code/Example: 24033589
7. Notarized foreign language diploma/certificate
8. Certificate of additional knowledge (if any)
9. Tuition fee for 1 academic year (10 months):
  • Master's degree students: 22,500,000 VND
  • PhD students: 37,500,000 VND
Note:
- CThe above documents are put into a paper file bag (similar to a job application envelope) prepared by the student (clearly write on the outside: Full name, date of birth, and major).
- Students can supplement their application from the afternoon of July 15 to July 19, 2024, at room 102, building E.

4. Collection through account
- Students and postgraduates pay through the School's account:
