This morning, July 27, on the occasion of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held an incense offering ceremony at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs, commemorating the cadres and students of the University who heroically sacrificed their lives in the cause of defending the Fatherland.
The incense offering delegation was led by Dr. Ngo Thi Kieu Oanh, Standing Member of the Party Committee, President of the School's Trade Union.
In a solemn atmosphere, the members of the delegation observed a minute of silence to express their deep gratitude for the great sacrifices of the heroic martyrs who fell for the peace, independence and freedom of the nation. This was not only an occasion to pay tribute but also a reminder of the responsibility of today's generation in preserving and promoting the tradition of patriotism and national pride.
The incense offering ceremony not only shows respect, but is also an opportunity for each staff, lecturer and student of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to review precious historical values, continuing the heroic tradition of previous generations.
