- This thesis analyzes the formation of Vietnamese culture during the Ly-Tran period, and Buddhist culture during the Ly-Tran period, pointing out the nuances and characteristics of Vietnamese culture and Buddhist culture during the Ly-Tran period.

- Based on the above theoretical framework, this thesis analyzes the influence of Buddhist culture on Vietnamese culture during the Ly-Tran period - the period when Vietnamese Buddhism reached its peak, leaving a profound mark on Vietnamese culture. This influence is manifested in many aspects: politics, society, literature; beliefs, customs and ethics, lifestyle; architecture, sculpture.

- This thesis assesses the role and current state of Buddhist cultural values ​​from the Ly-Tran dynasties in the present day. It analyzes the impact of the Party and State's policies on the preservation and promotion of Buddhist cultural values ​​today and evaluates the current state of preservation and promotion of these values ​​in the Ly-Tran dynasties.

- This dissertation can serve as a reference for research and teaching on philosophy, religion, and culture in general; Buddhism, and Vietnamese Buddhism and culture in particular; and for policy planning regarding religion by the Party and the State.
