10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

When studying the working class, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels predicted the emergence of the intellectual worker. To this day, the intellectual worker class continues to develop and play an important role.

Intellectual workers play a significant role in modern industry and the knowledge economy. In Vietnam, the intellectual workforce has been the most prominent and has grown significantly since the implementation of comprehensive reforms and the acceleration of industrialization and modernization. As a representative segment of the Vietnamese working class, the Vietnamese intellectual workforce, in addition to the general characteristics of the working class and intellectual workers in general, also possesses unique features. Currently, the Vietnamese intellectual workforce plays an increasingly important role, a role determined by both objective and subjective factors, and serves as the foundation for the effective performance of their duties.

In the process of industrialization and modernization of the country, the Vietnamese intellectual workforce has played and continues to play a significant role in fundamental areas of social life and has achieved important accomplishments. However, the intellectual workforce still has limitations and weaknesses in fulfilling its role. Overcoming these limitations and weaknesses will greatly contribute to enabling the intellectual workforce to effectively perform its role in the industrialization and modernization of the country.

To further enhance the significant role of Vietnam's intellectual workers in the industrialization and modernization of the country, a comprehensive set of solutions is needed, among which the most prominent are fundamental solutions such as: raising awareness among workers.

Intellectuals and their role in the industrialization and modernization of the country; solutions regarding education, vocational training, and political awareness education for intellectual workers; solutions for further promoting industrialization and modernization linked to the development of a knowledge-based economy and science and technology to create the economic and technical foundation for intellectual workers to develop and fulfill their roles; solutions regarding political organizations, living conditions, labor, and employment to create motivation for intellectual workers to develop and fulfill their roles in the industrialization and modernization process.

Implementing the solutions proposed in this thesis will contribute to building, developing, and promoting the role of Vietnam's intellectual workforce in the current industrialization and modernization process in our country.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis

When researching Working class, K. Marx and Angels forecasted the birth of Knowledge Workers. Up to now, Knowledge Workers develop significantly and take a large role in modern industry and knowledge economy. Regarding to our country, Knowledge Workers have mainly appeared and grown since comprehensive Renovation and Industrialization and Modernization. It is representative part of Working class, so, besides similar characteristics of Working class, Vietnamese Working class, Knowledge Workers also have other characteristics. Today, Vietnamese Knowledge Workers take bigger and bigger roles, these roles which are regulated by objective and subjective factors, are foundations for Knowledge Workers implementing their roles effectively.

In country Industrialization and Modernization, Vietnamese Knowledge Workers have been implementing their huge roles in basic fields of social life and gaining important achievements. However, there are inadequacies, weaknesses in implementing their roles. Solving these inadequacies, weaknesses will contribute significantly to Knowledge Workers' roles implementation effectively in country Industrialization and Modernization.

To continue promoting Vietnamese Knowledge Workers' big roles in country Industrialization and Modernization, it is necessary to implement synthesis solutions, in which, outstand once is basic solutions such as: improving awareness of Knowledge Workers and their roles in country Industrialization and Modernization, solution for education and training, vocational training and awareness education for Knowledge Workers, solutions for strengthening continuously Country Industrialization and Modernization in association with knowledge economy and science & technology development to create scientific and technological premise for Knowledge Workers to develop and promote their roles; solution for political organization, life, labor and job to create motivation for knowledge workers to develop and promote their roles in country Industrialization and Modernization.
