- This thesis assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the Hanoi City Party Committee in leading the sustainable development of agriculture.
- This thesis summarizes some key experiences regarding the leadership of the City Party Committee in developing sustainable agriculture. These experiences provide direction for agricultural development in the next phase.
11. Practical applications:
- Upon completion, this dissertation can serve as a resource for research on the history of the Hanoi City Party Committee in general and the history of the Hanoi City agricultural sector in particular. Simultaneously, it can be used as a reference for other research works related to this field.

- From this point, the thesis has indicated the policies and processes to develop agriculture in sustainable way by the Hanoi Provincial Communist Party Committee from 2001 to 2013.
- The thesis also has evaluated all strengths and weaknesses coming from the policies of Hanoi Provincial Communist Party Committee in leading the sustainable agriculture development.
- Furthermore, the thesis has drawn out some crucial experiences that can be applied in the leadership in developing agriculture sustainability of the Party of Hanoi City. Those experiences could be oriented for agricultural development in the next stage
