- The thesis clarifies the plots and tricks of the US and the Republic of Vietnam government in the process of implementing the "pacification" policy in Binh Dinh province; at the same time, it contributes to affirming the creative application of the anti-pacification policy of the Party committees at all levels in Binh Dinh province in the years 1961 - 1973.

- Initially, the thesis gives some relatively objective comments and assessments on the outstanding advantages and limitations and points out the causes of the advantages and limitations in the process of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee leading and directing the fight against "pacification"; at the same time, draws some experiences from the leadership and direction process.

11. Practical application:

The thesis after completion can be used as a reference for local Party Committees in the fight against the enemy's "pacification and encroachment". At the same time, it can be used as a reference for teaching local history.
